About Us

Cypher Consulting Services (Energy) is based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia and provides upstream consultancy services to the energy industry.  It is headed by Nick Hall who has over 35 years of experience, working on Australian and International projects.

Nick's expertise is in the evaluation of exploration and development opportunities; equity redetermination; arrangement of integrated field studies for conventional oil and gas; and unconventional resources  including coal seam gas (CSG), tight gas and CO2 geosequestration.

He is able to engage the services of highly-experienced consulting specialists to create a team to assist with any aspect of upstream exploration, development and production, and has access to latest geological and geophysical software and computer hardware. 

Our BAS Agency is based in Brisbane, Australia and provides Bookkeeping and BAS Agent services for SME businesses both locally and interstate.  It is headed by Kathryn Hall who together with her team, have many years of experience working with small business owners.

We have access to the most up to date software platforms as well as historic bookkeeping programs so we can update and convert those older files bookkeeping files to meet modern compliance standards.
